Rhonda, you add in some sugar, canning salt, and cidar vinegar ... that is all!
Oh my gosh!!! My mouth is WATERING :) Do you sell this stuff at the Farmers Market?!?
Unfortunately you can't sell salsa, pickles, etc. unless you have a certified kitchen (Kansas law). But that just means more for family and friends!
