What do you get ...

 ... when you take 80 pounds of tomatoes, throw in a couple gallons of peppers, and add a table-full of onions?


Enough salsa to last for ... well, awhile anyway!  YUM, YUM!

Rhonda, you add in some sugar, canning salt, and cidar vinegar ... that is all!

Unfortunately you can't sell salsa, pickles, etc. unless you have a certified kitchen (Kansas law). But that just means more for family and friends!
