Garden Help

Someone likes to help work in the garden.  

Here he is helping Daddy plant blueberries last night.

And helping Mommy "pick" flowers (although I think he picked more individual petals off than anything else.  I got the same kind of "help" in our big garden the other night when Bruce decided to de-mulch the blackberries I had just mulched.)

Who knows what these are?  Here's a hint: we will use them to make wine.  :)  P.S.  We have TONS of these this year, which is crazy since the vines aren't even 2 years old.

Poppies are one of my favorite flowers.  Can't tell you why.  I just love 'em.

Easter!

Bruce got to participate in THREE Easter egg hunts on Easter weekend.  The first was at Uncle Ted's on Saturday night ...

 ... with cousins Jonah and Gavin!

"It's a REAL egg, mommy!"  (Of course, by the chocolate smeared around his mouth, you can tell they weren't ALL real ...)


And another egg hunt first thing on Easter morning ...

(I think someone is due for a haircut)

 ... and again after Easter dinner!  

Someone has had enough sugar.  :)
