Bees

It's official ... we are now beekeepers!  Had our first hive delivered last Saturday, and so far the bees have seemed really subdued.  But still, we have kept our distance to let them get settled.  Exciting!    

It won't be long now ...

 ... until we have ripe tomatoes!  The green tomatoes are about the size of golf balls by now, so hopefully by mid-June?

Here is the "tomato field."  About 175 plants this year!  Exciting!

Let's Go Fly a Kite

Little Man got to fly his first kite this weekend!  Good times.  :)  He seemed to enjoy it.  


We spent mother's day flying kites, blowing bubbles on the porch, and going for a long walk.  What a great day with my favorite people!

Visit from Grandma and Grandpa

We had a visit from grandma and grandpa this weekend, (or as Bruce calls them, "Wanma and Papa").  We sure had fun!  Didn't get many pictures, but I did get the camera out for the campfire and S'MORES!
